When you submit the "Book a demo" form, we collect your name, phone number, company name, and which product you're interested in. This is stored in our database to schedule your demo. When you use LeadGen or IndiaMART Lead Recovery tools, those tools access business contact data from public directories or your own IndiaMART account data, respectively. We do not retain third-party contact data beyond the session needed to deliver your export. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email address from Google, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
We use demo request information solely to contact you and schedule a walkthrough. We use your email/name from sign-in to identify your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Supabase (supabase.com) — stores account data and demo requests on servers in the EU/US. Governed by Supabase's data processing agreement. n8n — our internal automation tool, used to send notifications to our team when a demo is booked. It processes your name, phone, and product interest only. Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts this website. Standard web server logs (IP, browser) apply.
