These terms govern your use of Alstar Automation's products: IndiaMART Lead Recovery, TenderSpark, LeadGen, and Alstar ERP (together, "the Service"), operated by Alstar Innovations (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., Pune, India. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Some features require a sign-in account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You may use the Service for your own business operations. You may not: • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs to third parties as a competing product • Scrape or mass-extract data from the Service beyond your own legitimate business use • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications • Reverse-engineer the underlying systems
Websites, automation and ERP engagements are priced by agreement and invoiced directly. Payment terms and plan details for those are set out in your individual agreement with us. Company data exports are sold on this site and paid up front through Razorpay, our payment gateway. Listed prices exclude GST; 18% GST is added at checkout, so the amount charged to your card is the GST-inclusive total shown by Razorpay before you confirm.
A company data export is a digital product delivered to you by email. Once the file has been sent, the purchase is final and non-refundable. A delivered dataset cannot be returned, and we cannot verify that copies have not been kept or used. Before the file is sent, you may cancel for a full refund. Email sales@alstarautomation.com from the address used at checkout, quoting your order reference, and we will refund to the original payment method. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example, if too few records match the filters you asked for — we will tell you and refund you in full. Refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–7 working days.
The Service is provided "as is." Alstar Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will notify active users by email.
